Refund and Returns Policy for Ocean Computer Pakistan

At Ocean Computer Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming hardware. Because we deal in sensitive electronics and sealed tech products, we have set up clear guidelines for returns, refunds, and warranty claims to protect both you and our business.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return an item purchased from our online store (oceancomputer.pk) or physical shop within 7 days of delivery if it meets one of the following conditions:
Incorrect Item Delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Defective: The item does not work right out of the box.
Change of Mind: You want to return the item, but only if it is completely unopened, unused, and the original manufacturer seals are perfectly intact.
Note: For online orders, we highly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when you receive your package. This makes it much easier to process claims for shipping damage or incorrect items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items that have been opened, used, or installed (unless they are defective out of the box).
Products with physical damage, missing accessories, or damaged original packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards).
Hardware that has burnt components due to power surges, electrical faults, or improper installation.
Software, digital keys, or gift cards.
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp at 03356789650 or email us at support@oceancomputer.pk within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or an unboxing video if applicable.
Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Shipping it Back: Pack the item securely. You will need to ship it to our physical store (address below). Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (like sending the wrong item).
4. The Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our technical team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
Inspection Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to test and inspect the hardware.
Issuing the Refund: If everything checks out, we will process your refund. We can send the money via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
Deductions: For “change of mind” returns on sealed items, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
5. Warranty Claims
Many of the gaming components we sell come with a local or international manufacturer warranty.
If your item develops a fault after our 7-day return window but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will help you claim it.
Warranty processing times depend on the specific brand and their official distributors in Pakistan (usually 2 to 4 weeks).
Please keep your original receipt, product box, and warranty card safe, as these are mandatory for claiming any warranty.
