Price Changes & Errors: Due to the fluctuating nature of the tech market in Pakistan, prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If this happens, we will notify you immediately.
3. Order Processing and Cancellation
Order Confirmation: Placing an order on our website does not mean it is legally finalized. All orders are subject to stock availability and final confirmation by our team. We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatching it.
Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as: the item being out of stock, suspicion of fraud, or delivery restrictions in your area.
Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once it is handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.

We offer multiple payment options, including Bank Transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available).
For certain high-value gaming components or heavy shipments, we may require a partial or full advance payment before confirming the order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We use trusted third-party courier services (like TCS, Leopards, etc.) to deliver across Pakistan.
While we strive to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours, delivery timelines are estimates. We are not legally responsible for delays caused by the courier company, weather conditions, or route issues.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
All returns, refunds, and hardware warranty claims are governed by our official Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
Gaming components are sensitive electronics. Ocean Computer Pakistan is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or electrical issues resulting from the improper installation, overclocking, or misuse of the hardware we sell.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their power supply (PSU) and electrical setup are suitable for the components they are purchasing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes related to your use of this website or physical purchases will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab.
